Putin is president of Russia again. Iran just had a legal and successful election. Israel is completely out of control. The American system is entirely corrupt and owned by the central banks and multinational corporations. What does it all mean? It means that this world we live in is being scripted like a Hollywood movie. The big question is; who is the director? It stands to reason, metaphysically, that everything is moving toward a destined conclusion. In a purely material sense, none of it makes any sense. I’m going to go with the concept that those setting us up and tormenting the world for their own sick enjoyments, are being setup themselves and are going to stand as a lasting lesson about what happens when you overstep yourself; when your grasp exceeds your reach.
We are seeing and experiencing what we are seeing and experiencing because the satanic bankers have gotten themselves into big trouble because the fire of their greed has outstripped their good sense. They are desperate to create a world war in order to take the public’s attention off of the magnitude of their crimes. Mr Apocalypse is banging on the judgment drum and he’s pointing his finger at them through the eyes of all awakening souls. It’s a contagion of awakening and it will be brimming with payback. It’s not as if everyone is as vengeful and violent as they are. What it is is that there can be no balance or harmony until the bankers have been dealt with one way or another. They are behind all of the chaos and harm of our times. Yes, the boys from Filthy Lucre LTD have been very bad. They have maimed, crippled and killed millions. They’ve poisoned the landscape of both foreign and domestic lands. The magnitude and scope of their crimes is off the charts.
It’s only natural for people to fear the possibilities of what might happen. We have the historical record, as twisted and altered as it may be, it still reads like a blood soaked litany of relentless abuse; the pyramid of skulls at Pnom Phen, Tamerlane’s concrete wall of living men, Zionism’s murder of tens of millions in Russia and many more throughout the centuries, Genghis Khan, the massacres of indigenous peoples, Mao and his countless victims. The list runs around the corner, into the bodego and on out into the back alley to God knows where; pursued by the restless ghosts of forever damned conquistadors. So, it’s natural to expect terrible things out of the conditions of the moment. It might be that terrible circumstances will come about in select locations. It’s like there being nothing accidental about all those people getting on the same airplane that’s scheduled to go down in a mountain range.
It is a most difficult art for the mind to be able to come to grips with. The storm is raging, while the certifiably insane have seeming control of the world around us. Only within do I gain any comfort from the world of nightmare appearances. Something inside tells me that it’s all under control for the purposes of demonstration. The birds of Spring arrived from somewhere last evening. All you hear through the winter are the harsh cries of the ravens. Suddenly songbirds have landed in the trees outside my window; at night? Well, these aren’t the usual times are they?
There were all sorts of good reasons for us to come here in this time. The cosmos is designed like a magic watch. Countless cogs turn according to their own mysterious nature. Some don’t turn at all, except in certain periods and they are connected to doorways and portals that resonate with the possibilities of special configurations. It stands to reason that there would be forces of resistance at work. It’s not difficult to see in the world around us the effect of these resistances. Certainly the burning fever of the material realm, dispenses strange intoxications that cause people to see garbage as an object of desire and to view the world through the lens of appetite. It’s a no brainer that most of the dead animals by the side of the road are there because of food and sex. These powerful instinctive magnetisms are no less present in the less than human majority of bi-pedal delusion bots. They march on like hungry ghosts in an endless swamp. They believe the lights of St. Elmos fire is a neon cocktail glass, signifying the presence of the pub at the end of the universe. And you can’t tell them a damn thing. It might be good sense not to be too close to any large congregation of them, because ignorance is highly flammable and when it gets concentrated it can definitely heat up under the suffocating press of all those filthy rags from the manipulated scriptures.
I look at the tragic-comic absurdity of the movers and shakers in the world and it seems patently clear to me that there has to be some kind of metaphysical mechanism that is making the strings move and the puppets dance. It just doesn’t make sense to me any other way. It’s too classic and cinematic. The hubristic ridiculous is a cartoon. Things couldn’t get this crazy unless some higher sanity was trying to get someone’s attention. Well, it isn’t working apparently. I am absolutely flat out amazed at the brush fire psychosis that is sweeping through the minds of those who have lost their capacity to reason or to think. There has to be more going on than what the bandwidth of the senses reports. I can feel it. I can’t interpret it. I’m trying to align but someone saddle-soaped my surfboard instead of using Mr. Zog’s Sex Wax and… how come he’s called ‘Zog’?
Balance has to be the key, given the degree of difficulty in maintaining it. Every time you think you’ve figured out the break, it goes sideways on you again and of course, riptides and undertows are the big guns below the surface. I keep trying to let go but there comes a point where you need some kind of official approval. For someone who knows the fickle realities of surf, some period of surrender can be helpful, once you find yourself at the mercy of strange tides and attractions. Undertows can pull you out to a point where you can reconnoiter. Rip tides have to wind up somewhere, hopefully not on the reef at the far end of the cove. Sometimes it seems you have worse odds than a crap-shoot. I’ve never been a fan of dice. I always like to feel as if I have some say in how the game goes. The only way that applies to dice is if they happen to be loaded. Some games of poker are more user friendly and that’s why I have little use for Blackjack. It takes a specialized mind to come out ahead at that table. It’s okay for the house to set the odds in their favor. They’ve got all the lawyers, documents and guns; “calling it your job don’t make it right, Boss”.
The stupidest game in the house is the slot machines, that’s why there are so many of them. People sit there with coffee cups filled with coins and just crank away, wishing and hoping and dying by inches. There are more people at the slots than anywhere else and that applies literally and metaphorically. I was in a European casino a few years ago. It’s the one where all the Russian expats go. They pretty much own the town. It’s interesting to watch their faces. They look like kids at a Punch and Judy show. It was a little crowded for me so I went downstairs to the slots. There were plenty of those. I had about fifty Euro on me and I went over to one of the machines and started putting one Euro pieces in. I’d put about ten of them in when I said to myself, “What the Hell am I doing”? I realized there was all kinds of fun and useful things I could do with 40 Euro and otherwise, I might as well just pitch the money into the street. I walked out of there and went and did something else; can’t remember what that was but I am sure I enjoyed it more than where I’d been previously. Sure, on any given evening you can walk away a winner but you’ll lose and lose big over the long haul. Only very few people have the particular gift needed to surf those waters, if it is a gift.
That’s what people are doing now. They’re gambling against the inevitable and they’re losing. The ugly indifference of their kind to anything happening to other people, due to their indifference, is despicable. Nature is sending tornadoes across the land but they don’t make the connection. The various theaters of human endeavor are all in chaos. It’s the birth pangs of the age and nothing wants to go easy into the compost. It’s undertows and rip tides. It’s shaking the foundations and infrastructures and everything people used to have faith in no longer has any faith in them.
There has to be more going on. When you move high enough and far enough away to see it, you’re too far away to be able to identify it. When the very worst among us, finally does their worst, the entire dynamic will shift overnight and there is no telling what will happen when you can’t get the things that made your former life function. There’s no telling what happens when the price of oil is suddenly ten times higher. We are walking on a cliff edge in a hard rain. I’m not going to think about it too much. I generally don’t, except when I have to write about it. I’m just watching and waiting because what is important to me is quite different from what seems to be important to most people.
I’d say the that the greater the draw and attraction of the mind to external conditions, the more important it is to look at what is going on inside you. That’s the key area where your useful tools are stored and you never know when something new is going to show up or how important it is to know that it is there. I figure if the whole thing is scripted then the prop department is definitely on the set.

Fascinating research into a “global mind” picked up startling data in the days and hours before the 9/11 attacks, indicating widespread foreknowledge.
The Global Consciousness Project (GCP) uses electromagnetically-shielded computers located throughout the world that generate random numbers. In its 13-year history, these computers show statistically significant deviations during global events that affect humans.
What GCP found on 9/11 shows foreknowledge for nearly 16 hours before the first plane struck. This data lends support to the proposition that several hundred people around the world had time-specific information about the attacks.
“Roger Nelson has spent the past 30 years looking for evidence of a global mind,” says Morgan Freeman, host of the Science TV series, Through the Wormhole.  Nelson is an experimental psychologist and founder of GCP.
Whether called the “noosphere,” some “morphic field” or “information field,” the global mind is real, believes Nelson, along with many other scientists. Though much weaker than the obvious five, experiments indicate that the “sixth sense” is part of a global communication network that can be indirectly measured.
While the US military has long been involved in psi research, GCP tries to objectively measure interconnected consciousness through scientific means, and freely releases that information to the public. 
Located throughout the world, some 80 stand-alone computers randomly generate ones or zeros for GCP.  These random number event generators (REGs) stop working sometimes.
“The project builds on excellent experiments conducted over the past 35 years at a number of laboratories, demonstrating that human consciousness interacts with random event generators, apparently ‘causing’ them to produce non-random patterns,” GCP says. 
An EGG (ElectroGaiaGraph) studies a REG’s ability (or inability) to generate random data and calculates the range of deviation from randomness. The following graph  shows the cumulative deviation for all the REGs in the GCP network from 9/10 thru 9/12:

At the time, 37 EGGs produced data for the network.  Notice the bump that starts at about 20 hours GMT on Sept. 10 (4 pm Eastern Daylight Time). That’s when several of the REG computers stopped producing random numbers. Increasing randomness returns (the declining side of the hump) until about 32 hours, or 4:00 am EDT on Sept. 11.
Then, starting at about 4:30 am – over four hours before the first strike on 9/11 – the REGs seriously stopped producing random numbers, creating the spike we see before the North Tower (World Trade Center 1) was hit at 36:46 (8:46 am EDT).
In 2011, GCP founder Roger Nelson told Through the Wormhole that the anomaly is “highly significant,” adding further:
“This is an aberration in the random line… We don’t have an explanation for that.”
However, in 2009, GCP clarified that “a conservative reading suggests that measure is just marginally significant.” 
In a 2009 speech, Nelson reported that the GCP found the same precognition before large land-based earthquakes (but not for ocean-based ones).  Animals are known to perceive quakes before humans do, and GCP acknowledges that the network “could equally well pick up on the consciousness of animals other than humans. For now we take it to mean that the system detects some sort of global consciousness structure.” 
The GCP network became operational in August 1998. Since then, “the overall statistics for the project indicate odds of about 1-in-20 million that the correlation of our data with global events is merely a chance fluctuation,” reports Nelson. 
In a paper discussing the 9/11 anomaly, Nelson admits:
“We do not have solid grounds to claim that the statistics and graphs demonstrate the existence of a global consciousness. On the other hand, we do have strong evidence of anomalous structure in what should be random data, and clear correspondence of these unexplained departures from expectation with well-defined events that are of special importance to people.” 
But, since computers are electronic devices, couldn’t the high stress on the power grid or high use of cell phones have altered REG outputs?
“Such influences would center on New York and Washington, of course, while the eggs are distributed around the world. Their average distance from New York is more than 4000 miles (6400 km), and the anomalous effects are broadly distributed across the network.”
Also, the research-grade instruments are physically shielded from electromagnetism and include “a logic stage that literally excludes first-order biasing from electromagnetic or other physical causes.”
But then, relating to the anomalous spikes that precede the towers being hit, he adds:
“If ordinary waking consciousness were the source, it would seem it could only be attributable to a small number of people: the terrorists who knew what was coming. Alternatively, the hypothesized ‘global consciousness’ that later would be intensely aware might have had a premonitory cognition or feeling at an unconscious level that was registered in the data from the EGG network.”
Because he believes only “a small number of people” were involved, Nelson repeats the suggestion in Through the Wormhole that global consciousness had an unconscious “premonition” about 9/11.
Hold onto that thought while we look in more detail at what Nelson describes is being measured:
“The best bets are quantum mechanical entanglemant [sic] (operating in a quasi-macroscopic realm) and ‘active information’ a conceptual structure in David Bohm’s physics.” 
David Bohm (1917-1992) distinguished himself from classical quantum physicists with the notion that our universe is guided not only by matter and energy, but also by a “nonlocal active information” field – the idea that on a quantum level, information acts on raw energy to give it form. 
“Quantum entanglement is a state in which quantum particles can alter one another’s properties instantaneously and at a distance, in a way which would not be possible if they were large scale objects obeying the laws of classical as opposed to quantum physics,” explains Quantum Mind, a 2011 book collecting the thoughts of various theorists. 
Erwin Schrödinger coined the term in 1935, saying:
“I would not call [entanglement] one but rather the characteristic trait of quantum mechanics, the one that enforces its entire departure from classical lines of thought.” 
Quantum Mind explains further: “The quantum mind or quantum consciousness hypothesis proposes that classical mechanics cannot fully explain consciousness, and suggests that quantum mechanical phenomena, such as quantum entanglement and superposition, may play an important part in the brain’s function, and could form the basis of an explanation of consciousness.” 
Returning to Nelson:
“My own ‘model’ is that consciousness or mind is the source or seat of a nonlocal, active information field (this is not a standard, well defined physical construct). Such fields interact, usually with random phase relationship and no detectable product. When some or many consciousness (information) fields are driven in common, or for whatever reason become coherent and resonant, they interact in phase, and create a new, highly structured information field… that becomes the source of the effects we measure.” 
It’s even possible that the low 34% occupancy rate for all four planes  reportedly involved in the attack indicates that some people picked up on that information field and avoided buying seats on those planes.
But it wasn’t just a dozen terrorists and their cohorts hiding in Afghan caves who created this structured field. A vast amount of evidence shows that hundreds of people spread all over the world had foreknowledge, comporting with GCP’s anomalous effects being “broadly distributed across the network.”
Rather than premonition, it’s more likely that GCP captured the “highly structured information field” created by foreknowledge among financial, military and political figures, along with the global intelligence community.

Nikola Tesla is finally beginning to attract real attention and encourage serious debate nearly 70 years after his death. Was he for real? A crackpot? Part of an early experiment in corporate-government control?
We know that he was undoubtedly persecuted by the energy power brokers of his day — namely Thomas Edison, whom we are taught in school to revere as a genius. He was also attacked by J.P. Morgan and other “captains of industry.” Upon Tesla’s death on January 7th, 1943, the U.S. government moved into his lab and apartment confiscating all of his scientific research, and to this day none of this research has been made public.
Besides his persecution by corporate-government interests (which is practically a certification of authenticity), there is at least one solid indication of Nikola Tesla’s integrity — he tore up a contract with Westinghouse that was worth billions in order to save the company from paying him his huge royalty payments.
But, let’s take a look at what Nikola Tesla — a man who died broke and alone — has actually given to the world. For better or worse, with credit or without, he changed the face of the planet in ways that perhaps no man ever has.
1. Alternating Current – This is where it all began, and what ultimately caused such a stir at the 1893 World’s Expo in Chicago. A war was leveled ever-after between the vision of Edison and the vision of Tesla for how electricity would be produced and distributed. The division can be summarized as one of cost and safety: The DC current that Edison (backed by General Electric) had been working on was costly over long distances, and produced dangerous sparking from the required converter (called a commutator). Regardless, Edison and his backers utilized the general “dangers” of electric current to instill fear in Tesla’s alternative: Alternating Current. As proof, Edison sometimes electrocuted animals at demonstrations. Consequently, Edison gave the world the electric chair, while simultaneously maligning Tesla’s attempt to offer safety at a lower cost. Tesla responded by demonstrating that AC was perfectly safe by famously shooting current through his own body to produce light. This Edison-Tesla (GE-Westinghouse) feud in 1893 was the culmination of over a decade of shady business deals, stolen ideas, and patent suppression that Edison and his moneyed interests wielded over Tesla’s inventions. Yet, despite it all, it is Tesla’s system that provides power generation and distribution to North America in our modern era.
2. Light – Of course he didn’t invent light itself, but he did invent how light can be harnessed and distributed. Tesla developed and used florescent bulbs in his lab some 40 years before industry “invented” them. At the World’s Fair, Tesla took glass tubes and bent them into famous scientists’ names, in effect creating the first neon signs. However, it is his Tesla Coil that might be the most impressive, and controversial. The Tesla Coil is certainly something that big industry would have liked to suppress: the concept that the Earth itself is a magnet that can generate electricity (electromagnetism) utilizing frequencies as a transmitter. All that is needed on the other end is the receiver — much like a radio.
3. X-rays – Electromagnetic and ionizing radiation was heavily researched in the late 1800s, but Tesla researched the entire gamut. Everything from a precursor to Kirlian photography, which has the ability to document life force, to what we now use in medical diagnostics, this was a transformative invention of which Tesla played a central role. X-rays, like so many of Tesla’s contributions, stemmed from his belief that everything we need to understand the universe is virtually around us at all times, but we need to use our minds to develop real-world devices to augment our innate perception of existence.
4. Radio – Guglielmo Marconi was initially credited, and most believe him to be the inventor of radio to this day. However, the Supreme Court overturned Marconi’s patent in 1943, when it was proven that Tesla invented the radio years previous to Marconi. Radio signals are just another frequency that needs a transmitter and receiver, which Tesla also demonstrated in 1893 during a presentation before The National Electric Light Association. In 1897 Tesla applied for two patents US 645576, and US 649621. In 1904, however, The U.S. Patent Office reversed its decision, awarding Marconi a patent for the invention of radio, possibly influenced by Marconi’s financial backers in the States, who included Thomas Edison and Andrew Carnegie. This also allowed the U.S. government (among others) to avoid having to pay the royalties that were being claimed by Tesla.
5. Remote Control – This invention was a natural outcropping of radio. Patent No.613809 was the first remote controlled model boat, demonstrated in 1898. Utilizing several large batteries; radio signals controlled switches, which then energized the boat’s propeller, rudder, and scaled-down running lights. While this exact technology was not widely used for some time, we now can see the power that was appropriated by the military in its pursuit of remote controlled war. Radio controlled tanks were introduced by the Germans in WWII, and developments in this realm have since slid quickly away from the direction of human freedom.
6. Electric Motor – Tesla’s invention of the electric motor has finally been popularized by a car brandishing his name. While the technical specifications are beyond the scope of this summary, suffice to say that Tesla’s invention of a motor with rotating magnetic fields could have freed mankind much sooner from the stranglehold of Big Oil. However, his invention in 1930 succumbed to the economic crisis and the world war that followed. Nevertheless, this invention has fundamentally changed the landscape of what we now take for granted: industrial fans, household applicances, water pumps, machine tools, power tools, disk drives, electric wristwatches and compressors.
7. Robotics – Tesla’s overly enhanced scientific mind led him to the idea that all living beings are merely driven by external impulses. He stated: “I have by every thought and act of mine, demonstrated, and does so daily, to my absolute satisfaction that I am an automaton endowed with power of movement, which merely responds to external stimuli.” Thus, the concept of the robot was born. However, an element of the human remained present, as Tesla asserted that these human replicas should have limitations — namely growth and propagation. Nevertheless, Tesla unabashedly embraced all of what intelligence could produce. His visions for a future filled with intelligent cars, robotic human companions, and the use of sensors, and autonomous systems are detailed in a must-read entry in the Serbian Journal of Electrical Engineering, 2006 (PDF).
8. Laser – Tesla’s invention of the laser may be one of the best examples of the good and evil bound up together within the mind of man. Lasers have transformed surgical applications in an undeniably beneficial way, and they have given rise to much of our current digital media. However, with this leap in innovation we have also crossed into the land of science fiction. From Reagan’s “Star Wars” laser defense system to today’s Orwellian “non-lethal” weapons’ arsenal, which includes laser rifles and directed energy “death rays,” there is great potential for development in both directions.
9 and 10. Wireless Communications and Limitless Free Energy – These two are inextricably linked, as they were the last straw for the power elite — what good is energy if it can’t be metered and controlled? Free? Never. J.P. Morgan backed Tesla with $150,000 to build a tower that would use the natural frequencies of our universe to transmit data, including a wide range of information communicated through images, voice messages, and text. This represented the world’s first wireless communications, but it also meant that aside from the cost of the tower itself, the universe was filled with free energy that could be utilized to form a world wide web connecting all people in all places, as well as allow people to harness the free energy around them. Essentially, the 0′s and 1′s of the universe are embedded in the fabric of existence for each of us to access as needed. Nikola Tesla was dedicated to empowering the individual to receive and transmit this data virtually free of charge. But we know the ending to that story . . . until now?
Tesla had perhaps thousands of other ideas and inventions that remain unreleased. A look at his hundreds of patents shows a glimpse of the scope he intended to offer. If you feel that the additional technical and scientific research of Nikola Tesla should be revealed for public scrutiny and discussion, instead of suppressed by big industry and even our supposed institutions of higher education, please sign this petition to demand that power brokers everywhere learn that we are ready to Occupy Energy and learn about what our universe really has to offer.

As an aside: there are some who have pointed out that Tesla’s experimentation with the ionosphere very well could have caused the massive explosion over Tunguska, Siberia in 1908, which leveled an estimated 60 million trees over 2,150 square kilometers, and may even have led to the much maligned HAARP technology. I submit that we would do well to remember that technology is never the true enemy; it is the misuse of technology that can enslave rather than free mankind from its animal-level survivalism.

The following communication was sent to the US Department of Energy (DOE) in Washington DC on December 21, 2010:
In 1987, I witnessed a phenomenon and devoted my life to refining the process. Low Energy Nuclear Change (LENC) is the term used for the occurrence of this phenomenon. In LENC, copper is subjected to a phonon resonance technology developed by me in 2001. The importance of any technology or discovery is repeatability and scalability.
I have achieved both in this process, and have successfully converted copper to gold and platinum. The original theory was the single conversion of copper to gold. The formation of platinum was not predicted but was an unexpected occurrence.
100 pounds of copper was placed in a single phonon resonance device and produced 800 troy ounces of gold and platinum. Several ounces of gold and platinum have been refined and tested by independent facilities. This is the world’s largest demonstration of a low energy nuclear event. This was accomplished using standard household electrical power within 30 days.

Well-known examples of resonant metal alloys formulated by Sanskrit-based Buddhist traditions in Asia include Tibetan singing bowls, comprised of 3 metals, and finer Bhutanese singing bowls rendered from 7 metals or more, known for highly resonant characteristics. While the singing bowls of Asia are comprised of a layered composite of various metals formed by hammering, the much more advanced resonant alloy production processes of Plejaren metallurgists involve the co-mingling of atoms in a composition unique to space-faring plasma ships, unlike any produced on Earth in modern times. Billy accepted several resonant metal samples as gifts from Asket, the products of her civilization, the Timars, who use similar advanced techniques of frequency resonance applied by the Plejaren, and indeed all cosmic travelers.
The resonant metal alloys of transdimensional plasma ships are developed using precision multi-stage temperature and frequency programs that convert base metals into alloys (above) containing all of the precious metals, rare earth elements and trace amounts of every other element on the periodic table – many in crystallized or metallic states not yet conceived of by Earthly scientists. Polarization of the final products is achieved by the micro-layering of perpendicular grain patterns formed within the crystals.
Semjase provided Meier with Plejaren beamship (mp3) metal alloy samples of a 7-stage metal conversion process from lead into a copper-nickel-silver-gold alloy, also containing traces of every stable element in a smooth curve from the heaviest elements through the lightest gases. Many aspects of this complex process were discussed during the 45th contact on February 25, 1976, in response to Meier’s direct request – “Quite simply, we would like to know what sort of metal you use for your beamships?”:
Semjase: This I can explain for you: We gain it from a process of conversion from lead. We extract this soft metal from many things, as for example lead-containing atmospheres from stars, from waters, from different plants, etc., as well as from the decay of different ore-stones of stars in destruction. By an, according to Earth understanding, very difficult process, we convert the lead substances we assembled into the soft metal lead, which we then change by further mechanical-chemical processes into a hard-metal form, which is much harder than your metal which you call steel. This still is unserviceable in this form for beamships, because it must be polarized by further processes of conversion into a beamship-suited alloy of a special sort and character, about which I am not allowed to give details. The final product, which must have quite certain characteristics, consists of a copper-nickel-silver alloy, which for certain of the beamships also contains gold.
Meier: Oh yes, thus an alloy which could be produced on Earth. You mentioned a lot of manners before, in ways in which you gain the lead. Here it has struck me that you have mentioned no word of an ore mining of Earth kind. Is this sort of obtaining ores not usual with you?
Semjase: Ore-mining or other mineral mining on a planet or another star is done by us only in extreme emergency, because this process is equal to the destruction of the star. A planet or another star is never exploited in the form as is done on Earth. What the Earth human being does by that is equal to the destruction of the planet. The first evil effects of this destruction came up on the Earth already some decades ago, and at the present time it is already experiencing the pains of the destruction itself. This is to understand the way that the Earth human being exploits his planet, and robs from it its fundamental life force when de deprives it of its oil, gas and the different ores. The effect of this is that the Earth suffers shifts inside, leading to volcanic eruptions and earthquakes, because the Earth is slowly breaking down into itself. The same event is generated also by the construction of dams and similar formations, which cause, by the assembled masses of water, very dangerous shifts. The worst delusion the Earth human being is performing is his subterranean and below-surface experiments with atomic bombs, as well as those cruel deep subterranean explosion tests, which he declares are atomic bomb tests, but which in truth are much more dangerous.
The spiritual ethics of the Plejaren culture reflect a comprehensive understanding of planetary systems. All 7 stages of beamship metal production were related on the following day, during Meier’s 46th contact, with an astounding explanation of the atomic transmutation of metals by controlled frequency resonance:
Semjase: Here I also have brought you some metal, of three different working steps… The first working step absorbs the lead substances from the atmosphere and condenses them into pure lead. The second process distracts from the resultant metal all dangerous radiations. Then the lead is fed into heat-converters, which, without the addition of any other metals, converts the lead by several processes into the alloy.
(Ed.- The metal specimens finally delivered to Meier, which they and we had analyzed, consisted of three of the seven states the metal goes through in production and refinement. We had samples of states 3, 4, and 5. The sample of state 3 was mostly lead, with impurities. State 4 was nearly equal parts of silver, copper and lead. State 5 contained silver, copper, nickel, gold, magnesium and other trace elements. We lost our specimens in the hands of testing laboratories before we had finished our analysis. We found traces of stable rhenium and thulium in our specimen tested by Marcel Vogel in his laboratory in San Jose, California. Since our testing in 1979, scientists have found that the addition of rare earth elements like rhenium and thulium produce astounding properties in otherwise basic metals, such as superconductivity, superhardness and supermagnetism, etc.)
Meier: You mean that the lead becomes liquefied first, and in this step suffers the conversion?
Semjase: Surely. There do all right exist direct possibilities for the alternation of stuff, but these possibilities are not given for us. But our scientists have already well achieved successes in experiment. For the present, however, we still convert the metals the old-fashioned way in heat-converters, and as said, this happens in seven different runs. The metal becomes liquified, like with you, in furnaces, to suffer then by distinct oscillations, an alternation, but just to a certain value, because of the different steps in working that are necessary. Each final product is then pushed by pressure through a cooling spiral, where then are generated the small figures, as you have then here before you. This process is repeated some times, while with each new process the value of the different metals increases and becomes the targeted alloy. The sixth working process then affects the complete alloy. The cooling spiral contains usual water, which we obtain especially for this process in a condensational manner…
Meier: Thank you. Still it is not evident to me how you then will work the metal, as neither at your beamship, not Ptaah’s huge ['Great-Spacer'] box, could I recognize joints or seams, etc. And nothing is riveted as well.
Semjase: For this purpose we use an instrument which you would call a welding apparatus. But it is based on oscillation techniques, which liquifies the metal in a cold state and lets it flow together, by which it is completely without seam and forms one single piece. So we also do not know grinding operations, as you do when you have to do welding work, and then have to grind away the seams to smooth it all. In this respect, you on Earth use a very dangerous operation.
While Earthly science achieved the liquification of metals using high-intensity ultrasound decades ago, Semjase informs us that for thousands of years Plejaren metallurgists have been producing beamship alloys by subjecting molten metals to “distinct [atomic] oscillations of a certain value.” What are these particular resonant frequencies that induce the alchemical transmutation of one element into another? The atomic physicists among Earth’s scientists have been making great strides in their understanding of low-energy nuclear transmutation – the most outspoken among them being Dr. Joseph Champion of the Phonon Resonance Institute in St. George, Utah. Dr. Champion’s work elucidates the atomic principles enabling several successful methods of atomic transmutation involving the production of precious metals:
Dimensional phonon resonance occurs when the space occupied by one isotope is exactly the same as that of another isotope in its rest state [i.e. 25°C]. This event can only occur under the following two conditions: the ex-pansion of an isotope by heating, or the contraction of an isotope by cooling. Dr. Champion’s phonon resonance formula provides the resonant frequency of gold (Au) in its rest state as 38,931,841 Hz and the 107Ag isotope of silver as 38,962,532 Hz (above). The relative proximity of the resonant frequencies of these two precious metals allows a low-energy atomic transmutation from 107Ag to Au to occur near room temperature. However, silver isotope 109Ag comprises 48.8% of all available silver bouillon and, unlike it’s sister isotope 107Ag, is not so easily converted to Au.
The conversion of 109Ag into gold requires a more complex process using megahertz frequencies in conjunction with precision heating techniques. By the same means aluminum can be converted into silver when oscillating at a resonance of 38,950,565 Hz (at 276°C) and will also convert into gold when dwelling at a resonance of 39,932,068 Hz (at 295°C). After just a few days of dwell-time at resonance, atoms of the starting element have become informed with the resonant frequency of the target element in its rest state. Thousands of dead turtle doves rained down on roofs and cars in an Italian town in the latest in a growing spate of mass animal deaths across the globe.
Residents in Faenza described the birds falling to the ground like ‘little Christmas balls’ with strange blue stains on their beaks.
Initial tests on up to 8,000 of the doves indicated that the blue stain could have been caused by poisoning or hypoxia.

Sunspots come and go, but recently they have mostly gone. For centuries, astronomers have recorded when these dark blemishes on the solar surface emerge, only for them to fade away again after a few days, weeks or months. Thanks to their efforts, we know that sunspot numbers ebb and flow in cycles lasting about 11 years.
But for the past two years, the sunspots have mostly been missing. Their absence, the most prolonged for nearly a hundred years, has taken even seasoned sun watchers by surprise. “This is solar behaviour we haven’t seen in living memory,” says David Hathaway, a physicist at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
The sun is under scrutiny as never before thanks to an armada of space telescopes. The results they beam back are portraying our nearest star, and its influence on Earth, in a new light. Sunspots and other clues indicate that the sun’s magnetic activity is diminishing, and that the sun may even be shrinking. Together the results hint that something profound is happening inside the sun. The big question is what?
The stakes have never been higher. Groups of sunspots forewarn of gigantic solar storms that can unleash a billion times more energy than an atomic bomb. Fears that these giant solar eruptions could create havoc on Earth, and disputes over the sun’s role in climate change, are adding urgency to these studies. When NASA and the European Space Agency launched the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory almost 15 years ago, “understanding the solar cycle was not one of its scientific objectives”, says Bernhard Fleck, the mission’s project scientist. “Now it is one of the key questions.”
Sun behaving badly
Sunspots are windows into the sun’s magnetic soul. They form where giant loops of magnetism, generated deep inside the sun, well up and burst through the surface, leading to a localised drop in temperature which we see as a dark patch. Any changes in sunspot numbers reflect changes inside the sun. “During this transition, the sun is giving us a real glimpse into its interior,” says Hathaway.
When sunspot numbers drop at the end of each 11-year cycle, solar storms die down and all becomes much calmer. This “solar minimum” doesn’t last long. Within a year, the spots and storms begin to build towards a new crescendo, the next solar maximum.
What’s special about this latest dip is that the sun is having trouble starting the next solar cycle. The sun began to calm down in late 2007, so no one expected many sunspots in 2008. But computer models predicted that when the spots did return, they would do so in force. Hathaway was reported as thinking the next solar cycle would be a “doozy”: more sunspots, more solar storms and more energy blasted into space. Others predicted that it would be the most active solar cycle on record. The trouble was, no one told the sun.

The first sign that the prediction was wrong came when 2008 turned out to be even calmer than expected. That year, the sun was spot-free 73 per cent of the time, an extreme dip even for a solar minimum. Only the minimum of 1913 was more pronounced, with 85 per cent of that year clear.
As 2009 arrived, solar physicists looked for some action. They didn’t get it. The sun continued to languish until mid-December, when the largest group of sunspots to emerge for several years appeared. Finally, a return to normal? Not really.
Even with the solar cycle finally under way again, the number of sunspots has so far been well below expectations. Something appears to have changed inside the sun, something the models did not predict. But what?
The flood of observations from space and ground-based telescopes suggests that the answer lies in the behaviour of two vast conveyor belts of gas that endlessly cycle material and magnetism through the sun’s interior and out across the surface. On average it takes 40 years for the conveyor belts to complete a circuit (see diagram).
When Hathaway’s team looked over the observations to find out where their models had gone wrong, they noticed that the conveyor-belt flows of gas across the sun’s surface have been speeding up since 2004.
The circulation deep within the sun tells a different story. Rachel Howe and Frank Hill of the National Solar Observatory in Tucson, Arizona, have used observations of surface disturbances, caused by the solar equivalent of seismic waves, to infer what conditions are like within the sun. Analysing data from 2009, they found that while the surface flows had sped up, the internal ones had slowed to a crawl.
These findings have thrown our best computer models of the sun into disarray. “It is certainly challenging our theories,” says Hathaway, “but that’s kinda nice.”
It is not just our understanding of the sun that stands to benefit from this work. The extent to which changes in the sun’s activity can affect our climate is of paramount concern. It is also highly controversial. There are those who seek to prove that the solar variability is the major cause of climate change, an idea that would let humans and their greenhouse gases off the hook. Others are equally evangelical in their assertions that the sun plays only a minuscule role in climate change.
If this dispute could be resolved by an experiment, the obvious strategy would be to see what happens when you switch off one potential cause of climate change and leave the other alone. The extended collapse in solar activity these past two years may be precisely the right sort of test, in that it has significantly changed the amount of solar radiation bombarding our planet. “As a natural experiment, this is the very best thing to happen,” says Joanna Haigh, a climatologist at Imperial College London. “Now we have to see how the Earth responds.”
The climate link
Mike Lockwood at the University of Reading, UK, may already have identified one response – the unusually frigid European winter of 2009/10. He has studied records covering data stretching back to 1650, and found that severe European winters are much more likely during periods of low solar activity (New Scientist, 17 April, p 6). This fits an emerging picture of solar activity giving rise to a small change in the global climate overall, yet large regional effects.
Another example is the Maunder minimum, the period from 1645 to 1715 during which sunspots virtually disappeared and solar activity plummeted. If a similar spell of solar inactivity were to begin now and continue until 2100, it would mitigate any temperature rise through global warming by 0.3 °C on average, according to calculations by Georg Feulner and Stefan Rahmstorf of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research in Germany. However, something amplified the impact of the Maunder minimum on northern Europe, ushering in a period known as the Little Ice Age, when colder than average winters became more prevalent and the average temperature in Europe appeared to drop by between 1 and 2 °C.
A corresponding boost appears to be associated with peaks in solar output. In 2008, Judith Lean of the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC published a study showing that high solar activity has a disproportionate warming influence on northern Europe (Geophysical Research Letters, vol 35, p L18701).
So why does solar activity have these effects? Modellers may already be onto the answer. Since 2003, spaceborne instruments have been measuring the intensity of the sun’s output at various wavelengths and looking for correlations with solar activity. The results point to the sun’s emissions of ultraviolet light. “The ultraviolet is varying much, much, much more than we expected,” says Lockwood.
Ultraviolet light is strongly linked to solar activity: solar flares shine brightly in the ultraviolet, and it helps carry the explosive energy of the flares away into space. It could be particularly significant for the Earth’s climate as ultraviolet light is absorbed by the ozone layer in the stratosphere, the region of atmosphere that sits directly above the weather-bearing troposphere.
More ultraviolet light reaching the stratosphere means more ozone is formed. And more ozone leads to the stratosphere absorbing more ultraviolet light. So in times of heightened solar activity, the stratosphere heats up and this influences the winds in that layer. “The heat input into the stratosphere is much more variable than we thought,” says Lockwood.
Enhanced heating of the stratosphere could be behind the heightened effects felt by Europe of changes in solar activity. Back in 1996, Haigh showed that the temperature of the stratosphere influences the passage of the jet stream, the high-altitude river of air passing from west to east across Europe.
Lockwood’s latest study shows that when solar activity is low, the jet stream becomes liable to break up into giant meanders that block warm westerly winds from reaching Europe, allowing Arctic winds from Siberia to dominate Europe’s weather.
The lesson for climate research is clear. “There are so many weather stations in Europe that, if we are not careful, these solar effects could influence our global averages,” says Lockwood. In other words, our understanding of global climate change could be skewed by not taking into account solar effects on European weather.
Just as one mystery begins to clear, another beckons. Since its launch 15 years ago, the SOHO spacecraft has watched two solar minimums, one complete solar cycle, and parts of two other cycles – the one that ended in 1996 and the one that is just stirring. For all that time its VIRGO instrument has been measuring the total solar irradiance (TSI), the energy emitted by the sun. Its measurements can be stitched together with results from earlier missions to provide a 30-year record of the sun’s energy output. What this shows is that during the latest solar minimum, the sun’s output was 0.015 per cent lower than during the previous lull. It might not sound like much, but it is a hugely significant result.
We used to think that the sun’s output was unwavering. That view began to change following the launch in 1980 of NASA’s Solar Maximum Mission. Its observations show that the amount of energy the sun puts out varies by around 0.1 per cent over a period of days or weeks over a solar cycle.
Despite this variation, the TSI has dipped to the same level during the three previous solar minima. Not so during this recent elongated minimum. Although the observed drop is small, the fact that it has happened at all is unprecedented. “This is the first time we have measured a long-term trend in the total solar irradiance,” says Claus Fröhlich of the World Radiation Centre in Davos, Switzerland, and lead investigator for the VIRGO instrument.
If the sun’s energy output is changing, then its temperature must be fluctuating too. While solar flares can heat up the gas at the surface, changes in the sun’s core would have a more important influence on temperature, though calculations show it can take hundreds of thousands of years for the effects to percolate out to the surface. Whatever the mechanism, the cooler the surface, the less energy there is to “puff up” the sun. The upshot of any dip in the sun’s output is that the sun should also be shrinking.
Observations suggest that it is – though we needn’t fear a catastrophe like that depicted in the movie Sunshine just yet. Back in the 17th century French astronomer Jean Picard made his mark by measuring the sun’s diameter. His observations were carried out during the Maunder minimum, and he obtained a result larger than modern measurements. Was this simply because of an error on Picard’s part, or could the sun genuinely have shrunk since then? “There has been a lot of animated discussion, and the problem is not yet solved,” says Gérard Thuillier of the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, France.

Observations with ground-based telescopes are not precise enough to resolve the question, due to the distorting effect of Earth’s atmosphere. So the French space agency has designed a mission, aptly named Picard, to return precise measurements of the sun’s diameter and look for changes.
Frustratingly the launch, on a Russian Dnepr rocket, is mired in a political disagreement between Russia and neighbouring Kazakhstan. Until the dispute is resolved, the spacecraft must wait. Every day of delay means valuable data being missed as the sun takes steps, however faltering, into the next cycle of activity. “We need to launch now,” says Thuillier.
What the sun will do next is beyond our ability to predict. Most astronomers think that the solar cycle will proceed, but at significantly depressed levels of activity similar to those last seen in the 19th century. However, there is also evidence that the sun is inexorably losing its ability to produce sunspots (see “The sunspot forecast”). By 2015, they could be gone altogether, plunging us into a new Maunder minimum – and perhaps a new Little Ice Age.
Of course, solar activity is just one natural source of climate variability. Volcanic eruptions are another, spewing gas and dust into the atmosphere. Nevertheless, it remains crucial to understand the precise changeability of the sun, and the way it influences the various regional patterns of weather on Earth. Climate scientists will then be able to correct for these effects, not just in interpreting modern measurements but also when attempting to reconstruct the climate stretching back centuries. It is only by doing so that we can reach an unassailable consensus about the sun’s true level of influence on the Earth and its climate.

The sunspot forecast
Although sunspots are making a belated comeback after the protracted solar minimum, the signs are that all is not well. For decades, William Livingston at the National Solar Observatory in Tucson, Arizona, has been measuring the strength of the magnetic fields which puncture the sun’s surface and cause the spots to develop. Last year, he and colleague Matt Penn pointed out that the average strength of sunspot magnetic fields has been sliding dramatically since 1995.
If the trend continues, in just five years the field will have slipped below the threshold magnetic field needed for sunspots to form.
How likely is this to happen? Mike Lockwood at the University of Reading, UK, has scoured historical data to look for similar periods of solar inactivity, which show up as increases in the occurrence of certain isotopes in ice cores and tree rings. He found 24 such instances in the last few thousand years. On two of those occasions, sunspots all but disappeared for decades. Lockwood puts the chance of this happening now at just 8 per cent.
Only on one occasion did the sunspot number bounce back to record levels. In the majority of cases, the sun continued producing spots albeit at significantly depressed levels. It seems that the sunspot bonanza of last century is over.
